To check whether your registration on Betano was successfully completed, follow the steps below:
Check the Confirmation Email
After completing the registration process, you will receive a confirmation email from Betano.
Please check the following:
- Your main inbox
- Your Spam/Junk folder, in case the message was automatically redirected
If you’ve received the email, click the confirmation link inside the message to validate your account. This step is essential for fully activating your account.
Accessing Your Account
Once your account is confirmed, you will be automatically logged into your Betano account.
You’ll be able to see:
- Your username
- Your account balance, displayed in the upper-right corner of the main page
The same applies if you registered using a mobile phone or tablet — you’ll be automatically logged in on the mobile platform as well.
Checking Your Balance and Accessing Options
Once logged in:
- You can view your available balance
- You can access the “Deposit” section, located at the top of the screen
If you encounter any difficulties, our support team is here to help through the communication channels available at the bottom of this page.
