If you changed your home address, please follow these guidelines, depending on the case:
If you have access to MY ACCOUNT, follow the steps below:
- Go to Profile → Personal Details
- Update the new home address
- If your account has already been verified, you will be asked to upload an additional document to verify your new home address
If you don’t have access to MY ACCOUNT, follow the steps below:
- Get in touch through one of our communication channels, available on the footer of this page
- Then, follow the steps provided by the agent assisting you
