The possibility to cancel a self-exclusion depends on the type of self-exclusion you selected, in accordance with our Responsible Gambling Policy.
Fixed Time-Frame Self-Exclusion
If you selected a self-exclusion for a fixed period of time (for example, 6 months, 12 months, or 24 months):
- The self-exclusion cannot be cancelled.
- The self-exclusion cannot be shortened.
- You must wait until the full self-exclusion period ends to regain access to your account.
Access to the account may be restored only after the selected period has fully expired and in line with responsible gambling policies.
Permanent Self-Exclusion
- Permanent self-exclusion is an indefinite protection measure
- A request to revoke a permanent self-exclusion may be submitted only after 6 months, provided that the self-exclusion was not applied following a Responsible Gambling assessment or intervention by our team
- If the permanent self-exclusion was applied as a result of a Responsible Gambling assessment, it is considered final and cannot be revoked, in line with our Responsible Gambling Policy
How can I request a review?
If you meet the eligibility criteria:
- Submit your request via the Contact Form.
- Select the option related to Account Reactivation.
Your request will be reviewed carefully in accordance with Responsible Gambling policies. Approval is not automatic, and additional information may be requested as part of the review.
