You can restrict access to your account and self-exclude yourself only from all our products. This includes Sports Betting, Casino, Lottery, and Virtual Games. You can choose to do this either temporarily or permanently, depending on your preference.
This option applies to all gaming activity and cannot be activated for specific products only. Once enabled, access to all games will be blocked.
To enable self-exclusion, go to Account → Player Protection → Self-Exclusion in your account. You can choose from exclusion periods of 6 months, 12 months, 24 months, or permanently, with requests taking effect immediately.
At any time, you have the option to extend your self-exclusion period with immediate effect. It is not possible to shorten the self-exclusion period.
