To set activity limits, please go to My Account → Profile → Player Protection, then locate the Casino Loss Limits field.
Use this limit to establish your net loss limits for the Casino, effective immediately upon setting.
The calculation is based on the Casino's Profit & Losses, which is determined by subtracting all bets and deposits (excluding handling fees) from the total winnings within a chosen period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or annually) from the request date.
Limits are automatically reset and applied recurrently.
You can decrease your loss limits at any time, but increasing them will take one week from the request date.
Once the set limit is exceeded, betting will be disabled until the end of the selected period.
