The proof of address is only required if you provided a Romanian passport, or an ID with a home address that differs from the one registered in your account.
The following documents are accepted as valid proof of address:
- Utility bills
- Bank statements
- Certificate of permanent residence from the local Municipality
- Temporary residence permit
To ensure your documents meet our requirements, please ensure they:
- Are dated within the last 6 months
- Show all four corners clearly
- Display your full name
- Display your home address
- Show the name of the issuing entity
