What the process involves
All users must provide accurate information when creating an account, and confirm these details, by submitting valid documents.
However, you have up to 30 days from your first deposit to complete this process. Otherwise, the account will be blocked, in accordance with section 12.2.5 of Betano’s Terms and Conditions.
Where to check your account status
To track the progress of your account or payment method verification:
Go to My Account → Profile → Verification Process. Here, you can upload the required documents and view the current status of your verification.
