Possible reasons for rejection:
- The image is blurry, low quality, or poorly lit
- The details on the document are not fully visible
- One side of the document is missing (front or back)
- The document is expired or no longer valid
- The name on the document does not match the one registered in your Betano account
What you can do:
Please retake the photos of the document, making sure that:
- it is clearly photographed, in color
- all information is legible
- all corners of the document are visible
- the document is valid and up-to-date
