To have full access to the features of your Betano account, it is necessary to verify your identity by providing the following documents:
A certificate of registration or residence permit issued in Romania (mandatory), together with one of the following:
- Foreign identity card
or - Foreign passport
The "Residence Permit for Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection" is also accepted. This document may be used as proof of registration in Romania.
The document must contain the following clearly visible information:
- Full name
- Personal numeric code (or equivalent identifier)
- Residential address
- Issuing authority
- Color image, original (not a black-and-white scan or photocopy)
Please ensure that your documents are clearly photographed, with all four corners visible, to meet our verification standards.
