Verifying my Credit | Debit Card

To verify your credit/ debit card, please proceed as follows:

1. A color photo of the front side. For the security of your data, our automated system will automatically mask the following sensitive information:

• first 4 or 6 digits
• last 4 digits
• expiration date
• first and last name of the cardholder

2. A color photo of a transaction carried out with the card, in which they are visible:

• the first 4 or 6 digits
• the last 4 digits
• expiration date
• the surname and first name of the cardholder

3. A screenshot from the bank's application of the card ***, showing the following:

• the first 4 or 6 digits
• the last 4 digits
• expiration date
• the surname and first name of the cardholder

When you’re ready to upload your file, navigate to My Account → Profile → Verification Process.
