When you request a withdrawal, you may be asked to verify the payment method used by providing supporting documents. Below are the requirements for each accepted withdrawal method.
Note: A photo ID may be requested at any time, in addition to the documents required for verifying the payment method.
1. Credit | Debit Card
To verify your card, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
- A clear photo of the credit/debit card
- A bank statement associated with the card used
- A photo or screenshot of the card statement issued by the bank
2. Bank Transfer
To verify a withdrawal via bank transfer, the required document is:
- A bank statement issued by your financial institution
How to Submit the Documents
Documents can be securely uploaded from your account by going to My Account → Profile → Verification Process.
Please make sure that:
- All details are clearly visible
- The document is well-lit and in color
- Photocopied identity documents that have been photographed are not accepted

In certain situations, Betano may request additional documents to validate your information, in accordance with point 2.3 of the General Terms and Conditions.
