To validate your Paysafecard account, please send a screenshot from the Settings section showing your full name, date of birth, email, address, phone number, and customer number.
Note: Your account must first be verified with Paysafe.

To capture all details in one screenshot:
- Use a computer or laptop, or
- On your phone, open Chrome, enable “Desktop site” (after logging into the official Paysafecard website, not the app) to include the page URL in the screenshot.
For Android users, here’s how to do it:
- After logging into your Paysafe account, tap the 3 dots (top right) in your browser and enable “Desktop site” to view your details in the PC format, before taking the screenshot
How to take a full screenshot on iOS (with all details):
1. If you're using Chrome, log in to your Paysafe account, tap the three dots at the bottom right, and select "Request Desktop Site". This will display the full desktop view, so all details appear in one screenshot.
2. Using Safari:
Tap "Show Reader" to display the full content, as shown below.
