If you are withdrawing funds via Salt Bank Card for the first time, you need to validate the Salt Bank Card previously used for the deposit.
To validate your SALT Bank card, you need to contact the support team dedicated to this payment method, and request the document that confirms you are the cardholder.
- Open the SALT app, then tap the button with the app symbol in the top left corner
- From there, tap HELP, then select TALK TO US – START A NEW CONVERSATION
Next, choose your preferred communication method. We recommend selecting LIVE CHAT, as it is the fastest way to request the required document.
To upload your documents, please log in to My Account → Profile → Verification Process → Nameless Cards (Revolut, Saltbank, Aircash).
Make sure the uploaded document is clear, complete, and legible for easy verification.
