When it comes to setting any responsible gaming limits on your account, we provide several options, found in My Account→Profile→Player Protection.
- Loss Limits allow you to fix a maximum credit loss amount per day/week/month
- Deposit Limit allows you to fix a maximum deposit amount per day/week/month
- Withdrawal Cancellation Request allows you to activate/deactivate the 'Withdrawal Request Cancellation' feature. Deactivating takes effect immediately while activating the feature will take effect after 7 days
- Take a Break allows you to exclude yourself from any activity on our page for short amounts of time (24h, 48h, 7 days). You can increase the period at any time but it takes a week to decrease or remove the limitation.
- Self-Exclusion allows you to exclude yourself from any activity on our page for longer amounts of time (6 months,12 months, 24 months, permanently). The self-exclusion period cannot be shortened, nor can the number of selected products be reduced.
