We value your privacy and transparency. Here are some ways you can manage your data:
1. Access your Data
To access your data, all you have to do is go to My Account → Personal data → Right to access
2. Request a copy of your data
To receive a copy of your data, send an email to dpo-office-ro@betano.com, from your registered email, mentioning your username
3. Erasure
You can request the deletion of your personal data from our records.
To do this, visit our Privacy Notice page. Under section 7.2, you’ll find a table with a Delete option. Click on the Submit request button, to register your request.
Please note: Requests to delete personal data are handled exclusively by our Personal Data Protection Officer. To proceed, you will need to send an email with your request as follows:
- from the email address stated in the account, to dpo-office-ro@betano.com
- the title of the e-mail must be: Deletion of data (username/username: xxxxx)
- its content must be concise: e.g. I request deletion of personal data associated with account xxxxx
