If your account was locked due to incorrect password attempts, you can regain access in two ways:
Option 1: Reset Password
- Go to Betano and click “Login”.
- Select “Forgot password? Click here.”
- Enter your registered email address, mobile number or your CNP, and date of birth.
- Follow the steps to create a new password.
- Log in with your new credentials.
Option 2: Contact Support
- Scroll to the bottom of the Help Center homepage or any article. Then, click on the “Contact Form” icon and enter all the necessary details.
Please note that if you choose Option 2, it may take some time for our customer support team to process your request and unlock your account. Option 1, on the other hand, allows you to reset your password and regain access to your account more quickly.
In either case, please make sure to use a strong and secure password when resetting it.
