- Check Balance – Ensure at least 0.50 RON is in your account.
- Recent Bet – You must have an open bet in the last 24 hours, excluding long-term pre-event bets.
- Refresh Page – Reload the page and try again.
- Disable Ad-blockers – Turn off any ad-blockers temporarily.
- Try Another Browser – See if it works in a different browser.
- Reinstall App – If on mobile, uninstall and reinstall the app.
- Logout/Login – Log out, then log back into your account.
- Check the Internet – Ensure your connection is stable.
- Update Browser/Plugins – Keep everything up to date.
- Allow Flash – Make sure Flash (if required) is enabled in pop-ups.
