- Scroll to the bottom of the Help Center homepage or any article.
- Click on the “Contact Form” icon.
- The form will open. Fill in the following:
- Your name and email address.
- Select a category from the drop-down menu (e.g., bonuses, betting, casino, account, etc.).
- Write your message with details about your question or issue.
- Attach images or screenshots (optional but helpful for us to better understand your case).

- Click “Submit Request.”
