You can cancel an active or upcoming bonus directly from your account, by following these steps:
- Go to My Account → Promotions → Active Promotions
- Click the cancel button (trash bin icon)
- Confirm your choice in the pop-up window
Cancelling an Upcoming Offer
- You will be asked to confirm the cancellation
- Once confirmed, the offer will be removed from your account
- If you select “Cancel,” no changes will be made
Cancelling an Active Offer
- Remaining bonus funds will be lost
- Any winnings from the bonus will be voided
- Your deposited funds and related winnings will not be affected
- After confirmation, the offer will be removed from your active promotions
Open Bets
- If you have bets placed with bonus funds, you must wait until they settle or cash them out
- Go to My Account → History → Bets
- Once settled, you can cancel the bonus
Open Casino Rounds
- If you have an unfinished round, cancelling the bonus will result in:
- Loss of winnings from that round
- Loss of remaining bonus balance
- Your deposited funds and related winnings will not be affected
If you cannot cancel, you may see an error message if the offer is already cancelled or completed, or if the system has not updated yet; in this case, try refreshing the page, logging out and back in, or trying again later.
