You can easily deposit and withdraw funds using the Bank Transfer method via e-Transfer.
To withdraw funds, simply go to My Account → Transactions → Withdrawal, and select the Bank Transfer option.
Please note, to use Bank Transfer for withdrawals, you must have made a prior deposit using the same payment method, in accordance with our closed-loop policy.
You will then be redirected to the bank's e-Transfer environment to complete your withdrawal request.
Important:
- Withdrawals via bank transfer are also available for profits generated from deposits made through Betano Cash and Aircash.
- It cannot be processed on weekends or during public holidays, due to the operational schedule of banking institutions.
- All transactions initiated during these periods will be processed and completed on the next working day or, immediately after the holiday period ends.
