To withdraw from your OKTO WALLET, go to My Account → Transactions → Withdrawal.
For your first withdrawal, verify your OKTO WALLET ownership by providing a screenshot showing your email, OKTO PAYMENTS customer ID, and phone number. Upload the screenshot in the verification section (Documents → OKTO WALLET).
Transfers are processed within 24 hours, and you'll be notified by email once completed. The funds will be available in your OKTO WALLET balance the same day.
