To successfully complete the verification process, please follow the steps below:
Sign in to your Neteller account using your login credentials
After logging in, navigate to Settings → Account → Personal Information

Take a single screenshot that clearly shows all of the following information:
full address
phone number
email address
To include all details in one image, we suggest:
using a scrolling screenshot application, or
taking the screenshot from a desktop device so that the page URL is visible
Upload the document
Go to the section My Account → Profile → Verification Process
Upload the previously taken screenshot and complete the document submission process
