You can close your account by navigating to My Account → Profile → Player Protection, where you’ll find the “Take a break” and “Self-Exclusion” options.
- Self-Exclusion allows players to voluntarily exclude themselves from accessing their Betano account for a specified period (6 months, 12 months, 24 months, permanently). During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to place bets on the platform (Sports Betting, Casino, Loto, Virtuals).
- Temporary account closure (Take a Break) is another responsible gaming feature that allows players to temporarily suspend their activities on Betano (24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days). During the break period, your account will remain inaccessible, and you will not be able to place bets on the platform (Sports Betting, Casino, Loto, Virtuals).
- You can easily close your account at any time, by going to My Account - Profile - Player Protection. Simply select the consent checkbox and enter your password. This action immediately closes both your Casino and Sportsbook accounts, and logs you out. Your account will then be set to an indefinite "Withdrawals Only" status. Should you wish to reopen your account, reactivation becomes available after a 24-hour cool-down period.
