If your account was closed due to inactivity, you can now reactivate it easily, using our self-service option, making the process quick and simple.
Important note:
This option is available only for accounts that were closed due to inactivity for at least 12 months. It does not apply to accounts closed as a result of ''Self-Exclusion'' or the ''Take a Break'' feature, or to accounts where personal data deletion has been requested.
How it works:
- Click on the Login button.
- You will see a message informing you that your account is inactive.
- Log in to your account as usual.
- A link to start the reactivation process will appear.
- Once completed, your account will be reactivated automatically.
