If you request a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements, active bonuses and the winnings associated with them will be canceled. To convert bonuses into real money, you must comply with the established betting conditions.
Wagering requirements involve betting a total amount—usually several times the value of the received bonus—before the bonus funds or the winnings generated from them can be withdrawn.
For example, a 100 RON bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling 1,000 RON before you can make a withdrawal.
Bonus funds are displayed separately, in the “for betting” section, distinct from the real balance.
