To validate a card issued by ING Bank, the steps differ, depending on the type of card (physical or virtual), as follows:
Virtual card
1. App screenshot
- Log in to ING Home’Bank
- Open the virtual card
- Take a screenshot showing:
- your name
- the last 4 digits of the card
- hide the CVV if it appears
Important: this method is not guaranteed—some devices or security settings may prevent screenshots of screens containing sensitive data.
2. Document from ING support
- You can request a confirmation document directly via ING’s support chat
- The chat is available exclusively in the ING Home’Bank mobile app
- Alternatively, you can contact phone support:

You need to provide a photo of the front side of the card, where the following details are visible:
- The first 6 and last 4 digits of the card
- Expiry date
- Cardholder’s first and last name
