Your account safety
Any deposit must come from a card, bank account, or other payment method of which you are the account holder. Even if using a friend's or family member's card may seem harmless, this practice comes with real risks.
Term 3.2 of the Terms and Conditions
Every deposit must come from a payment method owned by you, and your account does not function as a personal bank account. You can find more details here.
Withdrawal policy
Withdrawals are processed exclusively through the method used for the deposit. If you deposit with a card, winnings can only be withdrawn through that same card.
What happens if you deposit with a payment method that isn't yours
You deposit using someone else's card and win → the system directs the withdrawal to that card → the document verification department finds that you are not the cardholder → your account is temporarily restricted, and the withdrawal remains on hold until you're unblocked, following submission of additional documents (usually a bank account statement issued in your name and/or a selfie of the account holder alongside their ID).
Risks
- Temporary account restriction
- Mandatory additional documents
- Significant withdrawal delays
- Possible retention of administrative fees, in accordance with Term 3.2
- Additional complications if the actual cardholder disputes the transaction
Benefits of following this term
By always using a payment method in your own name, you get: fast withdrawals, simple and quick verification, uninterrupted access to your funds, and full compliance with the Terms and Conditions.
Practical recommendation
Before every deposit, check that the payment method used is registered in your name.
